המשלוחים באתר עד הבית –

מעל 250 שח המשלוח בחינם. הזמנה מ150-250 בעלות של 10 ש״ח. הזמנה מתחת ל150 בעלות של 20 ש״ח.

הפריטים המושלמים יגיעו לכתובת המבוקשת או לנקודת חלוקה עד 5 ימי עסקים, למעט יהודה ושומרון (עד 10 ימי עסקים).

* ייתכנו עיכובים בעקבות המצב הבטחוני.

* בתקופת סייל באתר - החבילות ימסרו עד 10 ימי עסקים.

* בתוקפות החגים (פסח/ראש השנה) - החבילות ימסרו עד 10 ימי עסקים. 
 

החלפות והחזרות

הפריט לא לגמרי לטעמך? אין בעיה. ניתן להחליף פריט שנרכש באתר בפריט אחר או להחזירו תמורת זיכוי, בתוך 14 ימי עסקים מיום קבלת הפריט. החלפה או החזרה יתאפשרו בכפוף להצגת חשבונית ובלבד שהפריט תקין, נושא תווית מקורית ומבלי שנעשה בו שימוש כלל.

החזרות והחלפות ניתן לתאם במייל או בטלפון מול שירות הלקוחות:

*החלפה באמצעות שליח: בעלות של 25 שקלים - שליח יגיע עם חבילה חדשה ויאסוף ממך את הישנה - החבילה החדשה תגיע אלייך תוך 10 ימי עסקים. 

 

איך מחזירים?

החזרה באמצעות שליח: בעלות של 25 שקלים - שליח יאסוף את החבילה ויחזיר אותה אלינו, במידה ותחליטו להשאיר את הזיכוי כקרדיט באתר השליח הוא ללא עלות. 

ניתן לבצע החזרות למחסנים שלנו בראשון לציון, בתיאום מראש, במייל או בטלפון מול שירות הלקוחות:

בתוך 14 ימי עסקים מקבלת המוצר לידנו, נזכה אותך בסכום ששולם על הפריט, לאמצעי התשלום ממנו שילמת.

**Deliveries**

Home deliveries from the site –

For orders over 250 ILS, delivery is free. For orders between 150-250 ILS, there is a charge of 10 ILS. For orders below 150 ILS, the charge is 20 ILS. 

The perfect items will arrive at the requested address or to a pickup point within 5 business days, except for Judea and Samaria (up to 10 business days). 

* Delays may occur due to security situations. 

* During sales on the site - packages will be delivered within 10 business days. 

* During holidays (Passover/Rosh Hashanah) - packages will be delivered within 10 business days. 

**Exchanges and Returns** 

Is the item not exactly to your liking? No problem. You can exchange an item purchased on the site for another item or return it for credit within 14 business days from the date of receiving the item. Exchange or return will only be accepted upon presentation of a receipt, provided the item is intact, has the original tag, and has not been used at all. 

How to exchange?

*Exchange via courier: For a fee of 25 ILS - a courier will arrive with a new package and pick up the old one from you - the new package will reach you within 10 business days. 

How to return? 

Return via courier: For a fee of 25 ILS - a courier will collect the package and return it to us. If you decide to keep the credit as a site credit, the courier service will be free of charge.
